FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When are monthly fees due?
To maintain the academy's operational excellence, monthly fees must be paid in advance during the first 10 days of each month. We appreciate your punctuality, as it allows us to guarantee instructor availability and the maintenance of our high-precision equipment.
How does equipment procurement work in the Shop?
All technical equipment (masks, gloves, weapons, and uniforms) is professional grade. Because it is specialized gear and for hygiene reasons, orders are processed once 100% payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary depending on the supplier, but we will keep you informed at all times.
What does the Annual Membership include?
Unlike a standard registration, our Annual Membership grants you member status at Mexico Elite Fencing Academy. This includes your sports medical insurance, the official uniform patch, internal ranking management, and exclusive access rights to our high-level venues (AKADEM/ASFM).
What happens if my child cannot attend a session?
We value discipline as a core part of training. Group sessions are scheduled to optimize the group's progress. In the event of an absence, we invite you to check availability with Romina for individual makeup sessions (at a preferential rate for members) to ensure the student maintains their technical momentum.
Can I change my plan (from 1 to 2 sessions) in the middle of the month?
Of course! We encourage the growth of our athletes. You may request a plan upgrade at any time to intensify your training; the price difference will be prorated for your convenience.
